Subscriptions

Subscriptions automatically track changes to documents and folders and notify you when changes occur.


How Subscriptions Work

Document Subscriptions

When you subscribe to a document, infoRouter tracks all changes and sends you email notifications.

Folder Subscriptions

When you subscribe to a folder, infoRouter notifies you when:

  • New documents are created in the folder
  • Existing documents in the folder are modified

Tracked Events

Subscriptions track the following events:

Event Description
New Documents Document created in subscribed folder
Read Document was viewed
Change New version created
Update Document properties modified
Check Out Document checked out for editing
Check In Document checked back in
Approve Document approved in workflow
Reject Document rejected in workflow
Comment Comment added to document
Move Document moved to different location
Delete Document deleted

Viewing Your Subscriptions

To see all your current subscriptions:

  1. Navigate to your Personal Dashboard
  2. Click My Subscriptions
