My Favorites

The My Favorites view displays documents and folders you've bookmarked for quick access.


Why Use Favorites?

Quick Navigation

Favorites help you navigate directly to documents and folders that might be buried deep within the folder structure, saving time and clicks.


Accessing My Favorites

  1. Go to your Personal Dashboard
  2. Click My Favorites

Adding to Favorites

To bookmark a document or folder:

  1. Navigate to the document or folder
  2. Go to EditAdd to Favorites

The item is now saved to your Favorites list for quick access.


Managing Favorites

From the My Favorites view, you can:

  • Click any item to open it directly
  • Remove items you no longer need quick access to
  • Organize your frequently accessed content
