My Documents¶
The My Documents view displays all documents you own, regardless of where they are stored in the system.
Overview¶
This view provides a flat list of all documents where you are the owner, eliminating the need to navigate through multiple folders to find your work.
Quick Access
Use My Documents to quickly locate your files without browsing through the folder structure.
Accessing My Documents¶
- Go to your Personal Dashboard
- Click My Documents
What's Included¶
This view shows:
- Documents you created
- Documents where ownership was transferred to you
- All your documents across all libraries
Working with Documents¶
Click on any document in the list to:
- Open and view the document
- Access document properties
- Check out for editing
