View Menu

Change how documents and folders are displayed in the document list.


How to Change Views

  1. Click the View menu
  2. Select a view type
  3. The active view is marked with an icon

Available Views

View Description
List Simple document listing without additional details
Details Extended information including descriptions
Comments Display comments for each document
Workflow Status Show review status and reviewer votes
Thumbnails Visual preview of images
Versions Show all document versions
View Log Display who has viewed each document
Tag View Show tags applied to documents

View Details

List View

Simple listing with document names only.

Details View

Includes document descriptions and associated documents.

Comments View

Shows all comments added to documents in the folder.

Workflow Status View

Displays review status including: - Assigned reviewers - Approval/rejection votes - Current workflow step

Thumbnails View

Visual previews ideal for image folders.

Versions View

Access and view any previous version of documents.

View Log

Audit trail showing which users viewed each document.

Tag View

Shows all classification tags applied to documents.


Display Options

Option Description
Select Columns Choose which fields appear in the document list
Print Friendly View Simplified view for printing
Library View Options Show/hide Hidden and Archive libraries
