How to Login to infoRouter¶
This guide explains how to authenticate and access infoRouter as a registered user.
Logging In¶
Step 1: Click Member Login¶
On the infoRouter portal page, locate and click the "Member Login" link.

Step 2: Enter Credentials¶
The login prompt will appear:

Enter your credentials:
- User Name — Your infoRouter username
- Password — Your password
Step 3: Submit¶
Click Login to authenticate.
First Time Login
If this is your first time logging in, infoRouter may prompt you to change your password for security purposes.
Remember Me Option¶
Check the "Remember My Password" checkbox to have your browser save your credentials.
Requirements
- Cookies must be enabled in your browser
- Only use this option on private, secure computers
- Do not use on shared or public computers
Authentication Methods¶
Depending on your organization's configuration, you may authenticate using:

| Windows/LDAP Authentication | Your network domain credentials (NTLM) |
| Single Sign-On | Automatic login using your Windows session |
Which method do I use?
Contact your system administrator if you're unsure which authentication method your organization uses.
Anonymous Access¶
infoRouter also supports anonymous access for public content.
In anonymous mode:
- Many advanced features are disabled
- You can only access Anonymous Libraries
- No login is required
Limited Functionality
Anonymous access is designed for public document sharing. For full functionality, log in with your credentials.
Troubleshooting Login Issues¶
| Problem | Solution |

| Forgot password | Contact your system administrator |
| Account locked | Wait for lockout period or contact admin |
| Invalid credentials | Verify username and password are correct |
| Cannot see login link | Check your browser's JavaScript settings |
After Logging In¶
Once logged in, you'll have access to:
- Your assigned document libraries
- Personal dashboard
- Full search capabilities
- Document management features
