How to Complete Tasks

Complete workflow tasks assigned to you to keep document processes moving forward.


Finding Your Tasks

  1. Navigate to the My Tasks tab
  2. View the list of tasks assigned to you
  3. Use filters to find specific tasks

Completing a Task

Step-by-Step Process

  1. Click the Action icon on the task row
  2. The Task window opens showing task details
  3. Review the Task Requirements section carefully
  4. Complete each requirement listed
  5. Watch for green checkmarks as requirements are met
  6. Once all requirements show checkmarks, click Complete Task in the sidebar

Task Requirements

Tasks may have various requirements:

Requirement Type Action Needed
Review document Open and view the attached document
Add comment Add a comment to the document
Approve/Reject Make an approval decision
Upload file Attach required files
Enter data Fill in required fields

Task Status Indicators

Indicator Meaning
Open requirement Not yet completed
Green checkmark Requirement satisfied
Red indicator Requires attention

Unable to Complete?

If you cannot complete a task:

Option Description
Redirect Send task to another user
Add comment Explain the issue
Contact supervisor Escalate if needed
