The infoRouter E-mail Scanner automatically captures emails from POP3 accounts and stores them in infoRouter for management and distribution.


What Is E-mail Scanner?

E-mail Scanner monitors designated email accounts and automatically imports incoming emails into infoRouter folders. This enables:

  • Automatic email archiving
  • Full-text search of email content and attachments
  • Workflow integration
  • Subscription notifications

External Senders

Even non-infoRouter users can send emails to monitored accounts—their messages are automatically captured in infoRouter.
